“The rock singer said that the doctor told him he has a serious sickness called clear cell renal carcinoma in his kidney, and it has spread to his lungs.”
A Message About Brad Arnold – The Singer from Three Doors Down
Brad Arnold is a kind person who is a vocalist in a group called Three Doors Down. He adores his singing and he loves all the folks who relish his music. But recently, Brad shared something a little sad with everyone.
He mentioned that he had been unwell for a couple of weeks. And so, he visited the hospital to know the cause of his unwellness. The doctors performed a few tests and discovered that Brad was in a severe condition. The condition he has is called clear cell renal cell carcinoma. This is a kind of disease that starts in the kidney — the organ inside our body that removes waste products from our blood and is involved in fluid balance. Besides, they further confirmed that his lungs, too, were affected by the disease, where we take in and eliminate the air necessary for life.
The doctors were of the opinion that this was stage four, which indicated that it was aggressive and demanded urgent care.
Even though this sounds hard, Brad is being very strong and brave. He told everyone that he is not scared. He believes that God is powerful and can help him through anything. Brad said he will take a break from singing and traveling with his band so he can rest and try to get better. Brad also asked something very sweet — he said he would love it if people could pray for him. He thanked everyone who supports him and called his fans the best in the world. Brad shared something from his heart too. He said the song “It’s Not My Time” means even more to him now. That’s because he believes it’s not his time to give up. He’s ready to fight his sickness with hope and faith. Brad is not alone.
He is not by himself as Chris, Greg, Chet, and Justin, who are members of the band, are with him. They have made a great number of good songs together for example “Kryptonite,” “Here Without You,” “Let Me Go,” and “When I’m Gone.”
Right now, when Brad is on his way to recovery, he can be helped by us in a very special way – by visualizing him, sending best wishes, and talking to our God for him from time to time. 💛
I am certain that we all are willing to contribute with our love and energy. He’s not alone — he has all of us cheering for him.
